Refund Policy

For items not received

You will receive a full refund if your item is not received. As defined by our terms and use, an item will be considered “not received” if the item has not been received 45 days after the estimated delivery date and no longer able to be tracked.

For items not as described or damaged during shipping

If your item is significantly different from the product description, you can:

  1. Return it and get a full refund, or
  2. Get a partial refund and keep the item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, and preauthorized Return Merchandise Authorization and, a photo of the item in question.  You should first use the contact us for in the footer to initiate your return. If an item has been damaged during shipping, keep the item and all packaging material so we can file an insurance claim on your behave with the shipper. The steps listed above will also be required for damaged items.

Refunds (if applicable)

We offer a no questions asked 90 day return policy on our our products. Products must have all original boxes and accessories to qualify for our no questions asked return policy. You must request a return merchandise authorization number and cover return shipping. Once your return authorization is received and the item has arrived and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days as determined by your bank or credit card company.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund within a reasonable amount of time, first check your bank or credit card company portal. If the transaction is not pending, contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Once the refund is initiated on our end the posting to your account varies from company to company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. This is usually an average of 3 to 5 days. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us using the link in the footer of this page and we will investigate.


Before returning your product, contact us first and make sure you have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) which will have the proper Shipping address for your order. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are requesting a replacement product, depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you and may vary based on your location. You should consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
