Recently there has been a lot of buzz about vaping CBD oil. Really all types of CBD oil and Just how to use it, what to use it in, and just how it affects your body. In this article, we will tackle all three of those questions and have you on the way to using CBD. If you’re interested in vaping check out some of these interesting facts we have complied.

Health Benefits of CBD
CBD has been attributed to multiple health benefits. Being that the CBD oil is extracted from hemp it does not contain any THC. Therefore, you do not get the “high” associated with cannabis. Instead, you get a calming feeling which can help with anxiety. CBD has been known to alleviate pain. It even comes in a topical form which can be directly applied to the skin. New studies have shown that it is effective in treating epilepsy and fighting cancer. Overall, there are countless health benefits associated with CBD.
Vaping CBD Oil
When using CBD in a vape pen you want to make sure you are using high-quality CBD oil. Since this industry is still in its infancy there I not much reliable information on good quality CBD. First and foremost, we must take into account the type of CBD oil being used. Many times, hemp seed oil, or just parts of the whole plant will be used in crafting the CBD oil. This is NOT what you want to be vaping. This oil does not contain nearly as many benefits as full spectrum or whole plant CBD oil.
When the oil is made it must be derived from the whole plant. This ensures the user gets the full benefits. CBD oil has been known to help people sleep, remain calm, ease aches and pains, and more. If the oil is not up to par on the quality the user may lose out on many of these amazing benefits.
Quality of CBD Oil
The second thing you want to make sure is in check is the amount of CBD in the oil. Equally as important you want no heavy metals in your CBD. In lesser quality batches of CBD oil, you may find numerous heavy metals left over from the refining process. These metals can be harmful to your body and therefore should be avoided. In order to make sure this is avoided the seller must be using a CO2 extraction method or another high-quality method. So long as the extraction method is high quality the oil itself will be pure.
There is much debate over this next part. Many people claim you can have amazing benefits from vaping a 10% CBD vape oil. Others claim you need at least 50% or more in order to achieve these benefits. It is best to start low and if needed work your way up to higher doses.
Regardless, high quality equals safety and the best benefits.
How to Vape CBD oil
Most Vape pens are fully capable of vaping CBD oil. Of course, some offer a better hit than others but for the most part, you can use any vaping pen to vape CBD.
Vaping CBD is actually quite simple and very similar to vaping a regular e-liquid. You can, of course, add flavor to a CBD oil or even mix it with an e-liquid so long as the bases align. If the CBD oil is a PG /VG base, make sure your e-liquid is a PG/ VG base.
As for the vaping itself, all you have to do is add the liquid to the tank and allow for the cotton to be primed. This means letting the liquid sit for at least five minutes, so the cotton can absorb the liquid. Once this is complete you can vape just like you would with a normal e-liquid.
It is suggested that you do not hit the CBD oil back to back. Instead, you should take your time using the Oil as the effects may take a bit to kick in. We suggest using it at a rate of one to two hits every five minutes until you feel the effects kicking in. Of course, this is our opinion and you should take your time when first using CBD oil.
Where CBD can be found
CBD now comes in many forms. You have just been informed about the vape oil, but did you know CBD can be used in a variety of other products. Some of the more interesting and easier to use products are bath bombs, gummy bears, in pet food, and as a sublingual liquid.
All of these methods offer amazing health benefits. But as mentioned above you need to make sure they are high-quality brands in order to make sure you receive the health benefits. It is important to note that it may take more or less of the CBD in these products for you to feel the effects. For example, two to three vape hits may have you feeling relaxed. But perhaps it will take only 1 gummy bear to achieve the same effect. Therefore, it is your responsibility as a consumer to use it wisely so you get the effect you are looking for. With that being said there have been no reports of vaping CBD oil leading to an overdose or even ill effects.
Ill Effects of CBD Use
The CDC is currently still investigating the total effects of CBD oil but as of right now no ill effects have been found. Vaping CBD oil seems to be a healthy and effective way to use CBD. As more studies are released this article will be updated to match the current industry news.
